Crazy Daisies provides toys, sensory items, comfort items (sensory socks, cervical neck pillows, exc) to children with special needs/disabilities located in Clark & Nye counties. 

How to register: 

- Have a child with special needs/a disability 

- Click the link below to send us your application

- If approved, you will receive the date & time for our pick up event OR be contacted to schedule your Santa drop off 

- If you are located in Nye County and are approved you will receive tracking information OR be contacted to schedule delivery by one of our elves.

YOUR APPLICATION MUST INCLUDE: 

- Name & Age of your child/children you are applying for. 

- Their interest/Needs 

- If you can attend our pick up event (Children do NOT have to be present however Santa will be there to help them pick out their toys/items & we pride ourselves on no wait/minimal wait times) or require delivery (Delivery is only open to inpatient/homebound children at this time) 

- The names & Ages of any siblings in the home.
- Your Childs/Childrens diagnosis (not the paperwork, just tell us what they are dx with so we can provide appropriate, safe toys/items.
- YOUR NAME & CONTACT NUMBER. Please no not forget to add contact information to assist our elves. 

- IF you are located in Nye county please include a delivery address.
